Cancellation/Substitution Policy

You may cancel your training course registration at no charge until 30 days prior to the course date. After that time, you will receive a 50 percent refund if you cancel your registration.

For substitutions, send an email to education@archer-tech.com. Provided there is no change in the selected course, a substitution may be made with no penalty. If there is a change in the selected course, additional fees will apply as necessary.
