Audience

Archer has identified four roles that make up the target audience for our education services. We have mapped these roles to each of our courses, enabling you to easily select training that meets your needs. Because we design each course with specific roles and learning objectives in mind, you can be assured that Archer training will be relevant for your role and will provide the appropriate level of detail.

• Archer Solution Design Architect

  The solution design architect evaluates business conditions and ensures that user requirements are captured at the appropriate level. This individual creates design documentation and maps design specifications to requirements.

• Archer Administrator

  The Archer administrator configures applications, workspaces, reports and iViews based on design documentation. This person ensures that users have access to the information they need and is responsible for managing ongoing maintenance and development efforts.

• Archer End User

  End users work with Archer solutions to perform their daily job functions. Their activities include creating and maintaining policies, analyzing threats for impact to the organization, completing risk assessment questionnaires, reporting or investigating security incidents, maintaining vendor profile information and so forth.

• Archer Partner

  Archer partners are independent companies that provide services, solutions and products built around the Archer SmartSuite Framework.
