Open Positions
Client Care Representative
The Client Care Representative performs a variety of tasks to support the Client Care team and works under general supervision. Creativity, a strong work ethic and attention to detail are critical qualities. Responsibilities include conducting regular health checks with clients, facilitating license renewals, determining new opportunities within existing accounts and working directly with clients as an Archer “concierge” to coordinate timely responses to client requests. Required skills include a high level of professionalism, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and accomplish aggressive goals. A college degree is required.
Consultant/Senior Consultant
The Senior Consultant has end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of Archer solutions to assigned clients. This role performs the function of lead architect and subject-matter expert. The Senior Consultant must demonstrate deep understanding of enterprise governance, risk and compliance best practices and procedures. Travel is required (up to 35%). This role requires expert knowledge of information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology. The Senior Consultant relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of complicated tasks. The Senior Consultant may also lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements Analyst
The Requirements Analyst works in a collaborative team environment to develop plans and specifications for future Archer product offerings. The qualified employee will participate in product design meetings and requirements gathering sessions with clients and will be primarily responsible for documenting Archer software requirements. The Requirements Analyst demonstrates an understanding of product management and software specification best practices and procedures. This role serves as the conduit between the client community and the software development team through which requirements flow. The Requirements Analyst is involved throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the Analyst manages the requirements specification and verifies the fulfillment of all requirements.
